I own and have rooms that I rent out. Currently rooms are rented out. Been using the 3rd as an office while I renovate things. Only will rent if you in dire need of a place and don’t mind a construction zone, bathroom that is available has been renovated and fully functional. Kitchen is currently in the middle of being redone but has sink, stove dishwasher. There is a big dog, she is sweet but just be mindful of these things when you message.
