(1st floor) Ground level room is the tenant bedroom with its own outdoor patio, and full bath. TENANT BEDROOM IS FRESHLY RENOVATED; new floors, paint, shower/bathroom and closet. Spacious storage closet in bottom foyer as well.(2nd floor) Shared space is the second floor; living room, 2nd floor porch, kitchen, and half bath, washer and dryer room. Living room is furnished and has mounted TV and fireplace, and pullout couch for guests. Kitchen is furnished.There is a nice gym and pool at the clubhouse next to mailboxes. Gym is . There is a guest parking lot less than ft away from the unit. Double wide driveway parking in front of garage. No pets is preferred but we might compromise based on the situation. You'll have your own private room on the third floor, complete with a full bathroom and a spacious closet. The third floor also features a shared lounge area perfect for relaxing or working and is fully carpeted for comfort. 2 rooms on the 3rd floor of a Covington townhouse, myself and my best friend (also male) are living on the 2nd floor, the two women who lived on the 3rd are moving out due to their leases ending. New tenants are subject to a Zillow background check and must pay a safety deposit equivalent to the first month's rent. The location is within a minute walk to nearly everything in Covington.
