No marijuana smokers welcome, yes it is legal to smoke it in the State however, a landlord can specify that it not be used just as smoking cigarettes and having animals in rental units.I do a background check. Everything is Passed through a lawyer to make sure it is legal and binding, that also costs money but I absorb that cost.
