The room is a good-sized bedroom with an en suite (private) bathroom with walk-in shower, and large closet. The common spaces are shared with the existing tenant (Abi is her name and she is a young professional in the creative field.). Water/plumbing covered by the HOA. - amenities: W/D in unit, dishwasher, stainless steel appliances, LOTS of kitchen storage, hardwood floors, parking spot- your bedroom: slightly smaller than mine, but still has own closet and bathroom. Your bath, across the small hallways, has a tub/shower combo - parking: 1 gated, underground spot for youI park on the street with parking permits (paid for by the landlord).
