Hello. My name is Mark. I have a room for rent in a peaceful house in the Valencia Park neighborhood. Great location for freeway access (close to fifty four, fifteen, and 5) making Chula Vista, Downtown and Northpark a quick drive. On a cul-de-sac, tenants have off street parking. It’s a multi-cultural, family neighborhood. The neighborhood is pretty quiet. Neighbors are great, and watch out. Washer/dryer. Rooms are ten ft by twelve ft with shared bathroom. Will be looking for another roommate for second room after first is filled. Full house access. I don’t like rules so I am looking for respectful, considerate and clean roommates who take care of their responsibilities. Utilities are covered in the rent. Internet will be separate. Just repainted, added solid doors for more privacy, and added mirrored closet doors. Has an ok back yard but it’s a work in progress. I’m easygoing, and give people their space and privacy. I’m generally quiet but can be talkative if you are up for conversation. I’m happy to develop friendships with my roommates as we will be sharing a space together. I generally prefer female roommates, especially if they will be sharing a bathroom with each other, but have lived in harmony with both. I have a room available in a fully furnished apartment. The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, and 1 office. The office has been set up as a guest room but I have rarely had guests. I occupy the master bedroom. The apartment is cozy and the perfect size for two roommates who lead busy lives, but it can also comfortably host shared weekends/evenings in. I'm sort of minimalist and would prefer a roommate who can also appreciate simplicity. No pets and no smoking. Washer and dryer are onsite, and their communal access is limited (shared with 3 other neighbors).There is 1 parking spot for the unit and street parking is easy to find before ten pm. The unit also comes with half a garage for extra storage or a 2nd parking space. The other half of the garage is shared with one of the neighbors. I work in-office, on Saturdays, and sometimes on Sundays so I'm not home too much in general. I enjoy going to the gym after work and I like to cook when I have spare time.
