You will have shared access to the living room, dining room (front room), kitchen, laundry room, front porch, and back porch. You would also have shared 2-car garage storage and available parking in the cul-de-sac. I (male, twenty-) live in the house with my girlfriend (age twenty-) in the back two bedrooms on the other side of the house. Another tenant (age twenty-) lives in the completely separate, private upstairs loft and only shares the laundry room downstairs.
