The house is minutes from the mountain and backs up to national forest land, so there are plenty of trails right out the back (in Three Rivers)! The house is already furnished; you just need to bring a bed frame. We are looking for a person or couple in their s. We are moving in on September nd, so that would be the earliest you could move in (flexible on the date).
