Located on a cul-de-sac, with a beautiful relaxing backyard and pool, air conditioning, large kitchen, family room and living room. Washer and dryer included. 2 car garage for storage, a driveway and plenty of street parking. LGBT+ friendly. Month to month lease, but perfer long term tenant. No smoking or additional pets. We currently have a dog named Peaches. She is very friendly with people, well trained, and stays outside most of the day. looking for a female roommate to take over the master bedroom and my bathroom home located in Solana Beach California. The rent is month-to-month and is $ not including utilities.
