Hi!!Need two rooms filled in a bath house in south park! It’s 5 minutes from downtown and has its own charm with bars and a target within walking distance. The Master is available for and the other room is available for (you would be sharing the bathroom with the other female roommate). You would be living with another female roommate who has two dogs so other animals would not be accepted. Utilities are not included in the price. Would prefer someone to move in either June/July for the master but the other room is available now. Room is available with a shared bathroom in this large, sq. ft. apartment in La Mesa, CA. We have large sliding closets, carpeted floors, all-electric appliances including a dishwasher, and a very comfortable living area. Free street parking, with space for any potential visitors. The apartment complex also has a pool and BBQ area. The complex is animal friendly, and we do already have a cat that has been able to roam in the communal areas. Utilities include SDG&E, water, sewage, Wi-Fi, etc. and will be split evenly 3 ways. Historically, utilities have come out to an additional $, so expect around $ total (depending on time of year). The apartment is located at Morro Way, in walking or biking distance of businesses like Costco (with Gas), Vons, and fast-food like Chick-Fil-A, Chipotle, McDonalds, and others. Very close to the Grossmont Center mall which includes other stores like Target, Walmart, CVS. Walking distance to a local park, and a short drive to Lake Murray and Cowles Mountain. SDSU is also very close, either less than minutes by car ( miles) or minutes walking to the Grossmont Trolley Station ( miles). We are two early s guys who have graduated from SDSU in the past couple of years. We are developing our professional careers so have pretty regular weekday work hours and aren’t the biggest partiers so have tame schedules on the weekends as well. We enjoy going out and about as much as we like staying in, so you might find us either going on walks and bike rides or staying in and watching tv or playing videogames.We are looking for a respectful and understanding roommate that is responsible for their share of rent and utilities on time, as well as being mindful of our shared space and making sure to do their share of chores. We would like to be able to get along with this roommate but do also understand one’s potential desire to remain more to themselves.
