Hey! I'm looking for a female roommate to share a place at The Vintage Lofts at West End. It's a minute walk to the University of Tampa campus. The apartment isn't furnished, and the cost split between us would be around $ without utilities. The lease runs for months, from August to May. I will be moving in this week.

ISO housemate in a house with two (ish) year olds. We are quiet and mostly are at home/work -- one of us works from home. Space is the upstairs floor. Ideally you are under " as the vaulted (follows the roofline) ceiling makes the living space a little short. Bedroom has sliding window, there is a skylight and an additional office/living space that is all yours. There is a bath upstairs and a shared full bathroom on the main floor. Space in basement for work area as well. Fenced in backyard.

3 bedrooms, baths situated slightly up on the SW hill, very close to PSU and the downtown area. The house is a stucco style design built in the s - it certainly has character! Marquam Park is very close by if you enjoy some hiking. All bedrooms are located on the second floor. The room being offered is about sq ft and has entry to one of the bathrooms next to it. This bathroom will be shared with one of the other roommates as it connects to his bedroom as well. Despite the closer proximity, there is definitely a good amount of privacy around it. The room has a spacious walk in closet.
