Hi there! We are looking for a roommate for our guest room in our bath Venice home. It is me and my 9 year old daughter, who is here most days for some amount of time but only spends nights a week here. It is a lovely, old, Venice home in a nice neighborhood about half a mile from abbot Kinney and just over a mile to the beach. Perfect distance away from the craziness, just close enough when you need it. We have a large backyard (brick) with outdoor living, ping pong table, and a parking space if need be although there’s usually plenty of street parking. A nice front yard with turf, nice plant life and a tree swing. Dogs are allowed and in fact we’d love someone with a dog as our old pup has recently passed on. Our last roomie had a dog that we took wonderful care of and we also dog sit for friends fairly regularly. Looking for someone fun, friendly and undoubtedly good with kids and dogs. It’s a lovely house, guest room is private with a large closet, queen-size West Elm bed and private entrance/exit to the back. I work ish but usually come for lunch then gym and my daughter goes to school in Beverly Hills.
