I'm seeking to rent a furnished bedroom and full bathroom to a single woman in the walk-out lower level of my beautiful condo. No pets or smoking. The space has ' ceilings, windows, a king-sized bed, walk-in closet, and furniture. There is also a private full bath. There is a backdoor entrance or you can enter on main level through a garage space you can use (if you have a small to mid-sized car). You would share the kitchen, garage, laundry room, a 2nd fridge, cookware, appliances, and all utilities (including the newest high-speed wifi). This home is in a safe, and highly desirable area. I have lived here years and in the area since . We have lots of grocery and other stores, restaurants, gas stations, etc. and are near Creve Coeur Lake and parks. We are close to the airport and to major highways in a quiet location with common ground behind us. I live on the main level and work from home.
