Hardwood floor. Rent includes all utilities. About the house:The house is located on a small, quiet street in the Winghaven neighborhood. Great kitchen! Property also has a pool, hot tub, large grill, smoker, fire pit, gardens and many other amenities. Backyard is wooded and feels secluded. There are two senior dogs living on the property (hound mix and lab mix). The home is absolutely smoke-free indoors AND outdoors, including vapes.The property is not exactly wheelchair accessible, but it is set up to be comfortable for people with mobility issues.Yes, we have wifi. We can even offer hardwired connections for the work-from-home crowd. Streaming services include Spectrum, Disney, Amazon, MLB, NFL Network, Paramount Plus, and more.About the Current Residents:Retirees and older adults. Youngest resident is middle-aged.
