You would have full equal access to the rest of the apartment (kitchen, living area, small back yard, bathroom). I do have a lb dog but she is self sufficient with food and water and has a doggie door so should not make any extra work for you. Apartment comes with 2 parking spaces so parking is included. Also have a portable A/C unit for when the summer months start getting hot.

There is a blueberry park within walking distance where you can pick blueberries for free in the summer. The room is a good size, just repainted last month, with brand new curtains and crystal doorknobs. It has a plush king-sized bed and a dresser, with plenty of room for a desk or tv stand or chest of drawers. The room has a walk-in closet with shelving as well. I have been working on flipping this house since I bought it a couple years ago. New paint, appliances, carpets, bathroom, light fixtures, etc. I still want to replace a couple things in the kitchen and backyard, but everything else on the property is remodeled.
