Utilities are split evenly, in-unit washer/dryer is also included for free. Parking is super easy; we have a driveway and street parking is unzoned (free and easy!). It’s a -minute drive to Old Town and a -minute drive to the split, mins or so from DC from and it's a 5-minute walk (if that depends on how fast you walk) or a 2-minute drive to the grocery store and restaurants, and a laundry mat a block away.The rent includes Wi-Fi (no cable), water, electricity & gas. It’s a two-bedroom duplex apartment located on the second floor (one flight of stairs to the apartment) in Alexandria. The bedrooms and bathroom, and washer/dryer are located upstairs with the living room/dining room, and kitchen on the main floor. You will have the master bedroom. THE ROOM: A spacious master room to fit a queen or King bed ( can be furnished with a queen bed if you want/need), with a good-size closet, and I am in the second room. We will be sharing the bathroom, the kitchen (which has everything you can think of), and the living room. I kindly request that you please clean up after yourself and assist with common chores, such as vacuuming and maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and bathroom as needed. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE!! I am a -year-old female with a full-time and a part-time job in Alexandria. I am a smoker, and I smoke outside the house. I am a very quiet, clean, and respectful person, rarely home. As you know, I have two jobs. I am currently fostering a cat, so there is a cat there from time to time, as well as fish. I do like to cook, bake, and do arts and crafts when I have time.
