In the past we've had graduates, Ph.D candidates, teachers, 9-5'ers etc., all who want to enjoy the JP life, and keep things simple.We're two 40-somethings, Chris works in IT, and I'm Adam, a longtime pet care provider. We do our own thing, watch the Celtics, Sox, and Pats now and again, and don't have too many guests. Plenty of room here to have some folks over if that's your thing, no doubt.We're sports fans, and into live music of all varieties. I went to film school here at Emerson College, and love dogs, so I've kept doing what I love by working with them as a care provider.The apartment has 3 bedrooms, and the available fits a full-sized bed, is about 11' x 9', and an extra foot or so for a closet/cove beyond that. It has two windows, and offers lots of peace and quiet.The cable/wifi/heat/hot water are not included, but a three-way split keeps that to 100 bucks or so on the 12-month average.Amenities included are a laundry / dryer in basement, on-street parking, an excellent outdoor deck/porch, and the best Greek landlady around.Our lease goes to August of 2026, someone who can stay at least through the Spring of 2026 is ideal.This is a non-smoking / non-vaping unit / no-pets unit.
