Lovely bedroom newer construction. Double doors to closet. New carpet and paint. You can have it furnished or we can take the furniture out and you can bring your own furniture in. Private room with a very large bathroom that’s shared with another bedroom. The bathroom is very large. The community space is humongous. It’s the entire first floor, which is completely open with hardwood floors a gourmet kitchen. It was recently completely rehab and updated plenty of storage space, fully stocked kitchen, fully stocked linen closets. All you need to bring is yourself and enjoy living here.

Great deal if you’re looking for someplace very reasonable priced. We are in the process of putting up drywall to make the rooms separate but for right now it’s so cheap because it’s a wide open basement and you do share the space with one other person. These prices won’t last long so lock it in while you can. It’s $ a month rent plus $ a month for utilities and depending upon if you have a small car or a truck you may have to pay a parking fee. You could also bring your own furniture or get it furnished.
