Hello, I'm Bonnie my boyfriend and I are renting out a room in his condo with a private bathroom, and your own appartment sized fridge, I will try to post a picture of the room later this week the room in the picture is the down stairs guestroom. A bit about us, we are both working professionals that tend to go to bed by 9 on weekends nights and get up early, we do have friends over occasionally for dinner and drinks on a weekend or my adult daughter might stay over in the guest room on a weekend. Our home is quiet and classy and we like it a lot. Utilities are included in the cost of rent and we like to keep the heating and AC at comfortable temperatures. We dont smoke and would prefer a non smoking roommate. allergic to cats but we sometimes babysit my grand cat Elowynn so we prefer no additional pets. Any questions feel free to ask, the room is fully furnished with bed, bedside tables, desk, newer memory foam full size bed, Small beverage fridge (you also have an appartment sized fridge down stairs for your food) and microwave. Two small dressers. If you have out of town guest they are welcome to use the guest room down stairs if you don't want to share your room. Any questions please feel free to ask, we might be living together for a while so no question off limits, we want to be sure its a good fit first. One room is available starting early August in a two story home w/ bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. The home has an open floor plan, an upstairs hallway office space and some garage storage. You will be sharing the upstairs hall bathroom with one other roommate. The room is small but comfortably fits a queen bed. We have biweekly house cleaners, monthly pest control, security service that drives around the HOA and is available to call. There is a park at the end of the street and trail/bike path to natural green spaces and the river. $ rental deposit required. The room is unfurnished but could be furnished. No pets
