We are a few blocks away from the North Highway on-ramp for easy commutes. Looking for a female roommate for my bath apt! I would love to find someone by August/September but can be a little flexible on the dates. I have dishwasher and laundry in unit as well as a couple shared storage closets. Parking is free unless you want a garage (which is first come first serve upon availability) and it’s a pretty quiet area. Mostly older couples and young family’s, with some other young professionals. It is a 3rd floor walk up and you would need to furnish the bedroom! Utilities can range (I try to keep lights off and things unplugged and not run water when I can help it, but I do keep the ac in the summer).
