The master bedroom ensuite is ’ with the following details of the other room in addition to it’s own private bathroom. House is sqft total. Bathrooms are shared among the roommates. Master Bedroom suite will have its own master bathroom and walk in closet..The rooms are of similar dimensions with slight variations in square footage, all carpeted rooms with a ceiling fan and dimmable lights.. In addition, each private room will have it’s own door lock. Can be furnished for higher rent. All utilities included in monthly rent (electricity/internet/water/AC). Furnished living room, kitchen, and backyard access. All new furniture. All kitchen access (except for personal foods). Kitchen and dishwares provided. AC kept at a cool temperature all day long. A robovac cleans all the living room and kitchen every morning. All new appliances are available for use including laundry and dryer, dishwasher, gas stove, microwave, and refrigerators. High-speed Fiber optics internet with fast wifi, unlimited internet usage.If you need extra accommodations, please let me know and we can possibly work it out for an extra cost. No pets

Room for rent with your own bathroom.Will be available March 1st. My fiance and i own the home and are looking to rent out one of the extra bedrooms. The house is fully furnished you would just need your own bedroom furniture. I do have a spare queen bed if needed. Rent is $/month with all utilities and wifi included.
