The street always has plenty of space to park. The street ends on either sides of the block so there is little street traffic.Please respond to this ad listing after you read the following if you are interested.The main points are:---One person for the room.---The house has no pets and it's not set up to have any and we don't have any plans in the future to have any pets.---The house has 3 bedrooms and one bathroom. The house is currently occupied by two people.---We are assuming and expecting prospective tenant has only one car.---Shared bath.---Laundry and washer accessTHE ROOM---The room has one door and 1 big window.---Closet has 3 doors on top and 3 bigger ones at the bottom.---Ceiling fan.SPACE---You will have a limited space allotted in the kitchen (Refrigerator and cabinet) and bathroom.LAUNDRY---Access to washer and dryer (courtesy of homeowner).HOUSE RULES NO PETS. The room is not to be used for other purposes, like for manufacturing, call center etc.CLEANLINESS---The house is maintained clean throughout the year.
