You would apply formally to join the lease through Dorman Real estate and our new lease starts in September but move-in date could be flexible. We are all easy-going people and try to maintain a clean, chilled out environment and there's plenty of space and multiple common areas and the bedrooms are decent sized. Warning, we do have 5 cats, but make sure the place stays clean! The area that I'm looking to fill has unique value; it consists of the guest bedroom, private bath, and beautiful office suite with a built-in office desk, cabinets, and drawers that are all soft-close. There is a gigantic living area upstairs with a large kitchen, counter space galore, bar stools for the kitchen island and a full sized dining room table. There is a gigantic living area with tons of comfy seating (3 recliners and a huge couch), and the VIP feature is a brand new, never used kitchenette. The kitchenette has new appliances (fridge & microwave with outside ventilation), there is no stove but there's tons of space for a counter top cooker and any other cooking appliances. The 2 biggest bedrooms in the house are in the basement, and the basement is a garden level meaning that it gets plenty of sunshine and you can see into the backyard from the basement. The biggest bedroom in the basement has a walk-in closet, the other room is large also and has plenty of closet space.
