The yard is partially fenced in, but not completely so any pets would have to be monitored). The laundry is on the main floor of the house so easy access. The living room will be converted to a stunning home theater in the coming 6-ish months.I don’t ask much for a deposit, but I do ask that we meet up and spend a good amount of time getting to know one another before reaching any agreements for our mutual benefit.
