The room shares a bathroom with the other room(male). There are no lights in the room so you're free to add whatever kind of moodsetting lights you want :)   we will consider pets. The pet deposit will be $ per pet, but there are exceptions. There is a yard  for them too :)                                                     the house itself is bright and peacefull with a lot of natural lighting, vaulted ceilings throughout, and modern appliances. There are also multiple outdoor areas all around the house so you can hang out with friends privately, or you can hang out with the housemates.               There is a ton of street parking, and there is a privacy fence and security installed.
