Looking for one artsy roommate in St. Anthony Falls/ Northeast for November 1st! I have a cat who doesn’t like other cats/dogs, so I can’t take anyone with a pet (sorry!). The rent is $ per person. Utilities vary, but are often around $ per person. The unit is bath (the bathroom is shared between the two rooms), it has a washer and dryer in the basement (no coins!), a small balcony, and there’s free parking behind the duplex.
