Outside of the bedroom, the home is otherwise furnished. Bring your own dishes and kitchen supplies. There is no additional storage space available. No pets, no smoking.All utilities and internet are included (TV is not included). One month deposit required at lease signing to secure the room. Lease is 3-month minimum then month-to-month.
