We’re looking for a third roommate for a brand new apt (3 bedroom / 2 bath) in a new building in bushwick! Off the L train Morgan Ave stop! Also M train is nearby! Walking distance to Maria Hernandez park, house of yes and elsewhere. Apartment comes furnished! Living room couch, TV, air fryer, etc. (We've lived only a year right after the building was completed!)I work in luxury fashion, have a fashion line on the side and love the creative community in bushwick. My roommate Toby and I are both are young professional guys, well-mannered, respectful and working a lot. I’m not a remote worker so the place will be quiet most days. September 1st move in. The essentials will always be provided; tissues, paper towels, dish washing detergent, toilet paper are always replenished. The building checks for credit check, background check, and income check. First month rent and one month security deposit required.$ for the last room we’re looking to share. One bathroom will be shared with Toby (I pay more than all others to have a private bath. But if the other bathroom is in use and you need to tinkle - feel free to use the 2nd bathroom!). The room has one large window and closet. Each room has its own Central AC unit! Heat and hot water included. The electricity will be shared. 2nd floor. Apartment has a balcony and facing towards the back (quiet). Building has a roof deck for the residents! Laundry on . Virtual doorman and all new modern kitchen and appliances.
