Private Room for Rent

Hi all! Looking for another guy to fill my spot, for my roomates behlaf - in a ba starting August 1st Well-located 3rd floor walk-up apartment in downtown Hoboken. The apartment is just a short walk to the PATH—perfect for quick access to NYC—yet far enough from Washington Street to avoid the crowds and late-night noise.About the Room: • Rear-facing bedroom for a quiet night’s sleep. No street noise • Includes a private en-suite bathroom and a large closet • Opposite side from the other bedroomAbout the Apartment: • Compact but functional living space primarily serves as the kitchen • No couch/living room setup, but the kitchen is fully equipped and appliances work great • Perfect for someone who values privacy and a quiet, clean place to call home. Rent is $/moAbout Joey: I’m a -year-old software engineer working from home, originally from the SF Bay Area. I’ve been living in Hoboken for the past years. I’m pretty social, but at home I tend to spend most of my time in my room focused on work and personal projects. Occasionally, I’ll have a friend or two over to hang out in my room to pregame the bars or watch a movie or something.I cook all my own meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner), so I’m in the kitchen regularly. I like to keep what space we have clean. With the apartment layout, we probably won’t cross paths too often unless you also work from home. I’m totally fine keeping things chill and low-key, but I do enjoy saying hey and catching up whenever we bump into each other! Also, just a heads-up, I’m gay. Some people don’t know for sure unless it comes up, but I figure it’s good to be upfront so we’re both on the same page. Please DM me for more info! You can also DM me on Instagram (dom_visintin) and/or Joey’s Instagram directly (joeyp2k)
