The bathroom will practically be yours. The house has fast WIFI, cold A/C, full laundry room, garage space for vehicle and/or storage. The room is what you are renting but you will also have access to the entire house. Full kitchen, dining room, living room, patio, backyard, garage, etc.I am pretty laid back and am barely home. I work full time and go to the gym after work. I do not have people over often. I do not drink, smoke or do drugs. No pets.Room is ready to move in NOW.
