I live in a gated community (a Condo) and it's within walking distance to Fresno State (Prefer working professionals since we all work full-time and are all working professionals). I have a spare bedroom w/ walk in closet for rent. My place is in a gated community near blackstone & Bullard. Single renter must be okay with having a cat around. Full time verifiable job or student is required. Shared kitchen, bath, indoor laundry, and living room. Month to month terms.
