I am looking to rent out one of my rooms in my home. It’s in the bethel neighborhood. I am a quite senior and live with just my animals. It’s beautiful room with a ceiling fan. It would include the room and a private bathroom plus the carpet in the pictures. As well as the small dresser and mini fridge in room plus a standard fridge in the garage. Some cabinets in the kitchen would be yours. There would be a living room and dinning space that is shared. First month rent ($), Damage/Cleaning deposit ($). Utilities are included however if you’d like internet you’ll have to pay bucks a month bringing the total to $ a month. I have a washer and dryer you’d be able to use. It’s a secured property.
