The house is fully furnished including the bedroom and is move-in ready. Just bring your suitcase. The kitchen is fully stocked and includes dishwasher. I would be staying occasionally (approx % of the time) and mostly on weekends. There is a dedicated washer/dryer just outside the apartment.
