Surrounded by complete serenity, nature and various wildlife, a backyard view of Mt. Saint Helens within the suburbs. Only minutes from Portland, PDX and Peace Health medical hospital, in a quiet and safe neighborhood. I’m looking for a responsible, quiet, clean person that doesn’t mind dogs. I have small dogs that are super sweet and stay on the lower levels and travel with them often. My wonderful, professional roommate, lives on the upper level and only uses his master bedroom/bathroom and washer/dryer space. He has a very sweet, large, poodle/sheep dog that gets along with all dogs. The upper level rental bedroom, living room and bathroom, is completely furnished, exceptionally clean and in move in ready condition the beginning of August. I CAN ALSO CHANGE THE BEDDING DECOR TO MORE FEMININE COLORS. All furniture, bedding and bathroom supplies are new and clean. This house is immaculate and has everything you could want or need. I’m a biologist, quiet, easy going, like to keep my house clean and travel often. Rent includes a furnished bedroom, large closet, large bathroom with two sinks, upper living room with large TV, streaming, wifi, utilities, new washer/dryer, kitchen, reverse osmosis purified drinking water, pantry, fridge, deck, yard, Air Doctor purifiers, shower water filter, house keys with a bedroom lock and outside, private off street parking. I have only one neighbor across from me who is a wonderful couple, kind and respectful. My home also has outside motion lights and cameras for added security. I can start with a month to month lease or a one year lease. All smoking is outside only and a $1K refundable rental deposit is required. We’re looking for someone who is fairly quiet and tidy, and not a big partier. You could vape or use edibles (non-scented stuff) if you keep them in your room. Drinking is fine, but please keep it in your room or hide it on a shelf in the fridge. NO hard drugs. 2) You and I would share a wall so I would appreciate quiet hours at pm, meaning no talking on the phone or listening to /loud/ videos or music past that (in your room). Making phone calls,etc. in the common space after is fine as long as it’s reasonable. 3) NO ANIMALS! The landlord made an exception for my cats, but no other pets are allowed (although you could get away with a reptile or something).The rent is $. All other utilities (heat/water/gas/trash) are included in the rent!About the house:Your room is the smallest of the three, but there is a fairly big closet, a shelf, and space for a full mattress and a desk. It’s right next to the bus line, close to a grocery outlet, and close to nd. I have an unfurnished room for rent at the Frazier park apartments in NE Portland. The space is more like a town home as it is two levels with the two bedrooms and full bath on the top floor and the kitchen, living room, and half path down on the bottom level. The location is ideal for getting any where with the freeway ramps and public transit so close by. The back deck and outside of the apartment is loud, the space is backed up to the tracks and the freeway. On the inside it’s not very loud except for when the train comes by. As for what I am looking for I am fine with all walks of life and people and I myself and never home. I in fact really just come by to pick up packages or just pop in when I am in the area. So the space will really be yours.
