A -year-old healthcare worker is looking for some roommates at a large two-story house nestled into a quiet residential neighborhood. Lots of local parks and shops, plus only minutes from Vancouver and downtown Portland. Three bedrooms and a shared bathroom are available for rent upstairs, with two additional bedrooms and a shared bathroom downstairs. Each bedroom can come furnished with a bedframe/mattress, nightstand, dresser, trash bin, laundry hamper, some hangers in the closet, a personal safe, and a Roku TV. These items can be removed upon request prior to move-in. Each room comes with its own key, but the current tenant will keep a copy for emergencies only. There is a shared kitchen, dining room, a living room with a fireplace, and an additional commons area in the garage. There is a front porch with shared seating, along with a shared gazebo and seating in the backyard. There is an exterior deck in the backyard with stairs connecting to the attached bedroom that is only for the private use of the current tenant.
