Hello,I am trying to find a roommate. I have a furnished room in my Condo that includes a " TV and all of the other furniture you would need. I also supply the bed and linens. I would like to find a long term tenant. You have seen my posts before and yes they can be confusing however I am real and not a . I have 9 past roomies that you can speak with if you wish. I am friends with all of them except those 3 who trashed the room and other areas of my home or stole from me. No marijuana smokers welcome, yes it is legal to smoke it in the State however, a landlord can specify that it not be used just as smoking cigarettes and having animals in rental units.I do a background check. Everything is Passed through a lawyer to make sure it is legal and binding, that also costs money but I absorb that cost. I am a simple, reasonable and kind person, unless you try to defraud or steal from me in some way.I also have a dog and 5 cats.
