The monthly rent is $ and the room is available on June .Room is available in unit at Timber Creek apartments. I've been here since September and so far have really liked it. Apartment is bathroom on the first floor with an enclosed patio next to the creek with oodles of ducks and squirrels for entertainment. It is a very walkable neighborhood right next to public transportation and a few minutes from the sunset transit center. The room is about ft and is currently partially furnished with a standing desk +chair and a full sized futon bed. These can be moved out if not needed. I do have a small dog and a bunny. The bunny stays in a pen in the living room and gets to free roam in the shared space when he's supervised. There is no AC in the apartment but there is an in unit washer and dryer. No smokers. Posted rent includes water, garbage, and current Internet plan. Electricity bill would be split each month (likely $ each month per person). Hi! I'm Christine, I work in research for OHSU. When I'm not working I like going on adventures with my dog, baking, attempting crafts, and playing video games. I have an unfurnished room for rent at the Frazier park apartments in NE Portland. The space is more like a town home as it is two levels with the two bedrooms and full bath on the top floor and the kitchen, living room, and half path down on the bottom level. The location is ideal for getting any where with the freeway ramps and public transit so close by. The back deck and outside of the apartment is loud, the space is backed up to the tracks and the freeway. On the inside it’s not very loud except for when the train comes by. As for what I am looking for I am fine with all walks of life and people and I myself and never home. I in fact really just come by to pick up packages or just pop in when I am in the area. So the space will really be yours.
