Looking to start with a one year lease. You would be joining myself single male, I have master bedroom and another single retired male lives downstairs. What you would be getting is a shared home, you would have two rooms and a private bathroom down the hall from your bedrooms and a small office space. The kitchen is a shared space on main floor with living room and bath. We try to keep shared space cleaned by all. We are looking for another professional person to join us with the possibility of staying longer than just the one year. I work full time, I tend to relax on my two days off. Other roommate is retired and likes to listen to music and watch movies in his section of the house. We often can go a day or two without seeing each other, but when we do we can have a peaceful convo. As of now we do not have guest over very often and we both enjoy it that way. Not a party house. The house is furnished so nothing is needed besides what you decide to put in your rooms. A couple could be acceptable but we would want to reconsider the monthly rent due to the added person. Off street parking is available One car only would be desirable, but we can talk about it. Garage space available for some storage. A -year-old healthcare worker is looking for some roommates at a large two-story house nestled into a quiet residential neighborhood. Lots of local parks and shops, plus only minutes from Vancouver and downtown Portland. Three bedrooms and a shared bathroom are available for rent upstairs, with two additional bedrooms and a shared bathroom downstairs. Each bedroom can come furnished with a bedframe/mattress, nightstand, dresser, trash bin, laundry hamper, some hangers in the closet, a personal safe, and a Roku TV. These items can be removed upon request prior to move-in. Each room comes with its own key, but the current tenant will keep a copy for emergencies only. There is a shared kitchen, dining room, a living room with a fireplace, and an additional commons area in the garage. There is a front porch with shared seating, along with a shared gazebo and seating in the backyard. There is an exterior deck in the backyard with stairs connecting to the attached bedroom that is only for the private use of the current tenant. A refundable security deposit is required, equal to one month's rent. Rent may be negotiated. No pets allowed; there is already a 3-year-old housebroken, neutered Olde English Bulldog. He may have free range of the house at times, or he will be confined to a room as is appropriate. The house has recently been updated to include all-new painting, all-new appliances, new flooring in the kitchen, and some updated electrical work. House will be professionally cleaned at least monthly, in addition to regular daily/weekly tenant maintenance. Landscapers come every two weeks. This home is ideal for local college students, healthcare workers, or even travel nurses needing a furnished stay for a month or longer.
