Apartment is bathroom on the first floor with an enclosed patio next to the creek with oodles of ducks and squirrels for entertainment. It is a very walkable neighborhood right next to public transportation and a few minutes from the sunset transit center. The room is about ft and is currently partially furnished with a standing desk +chair and a full sized futon bed. These can be moved out if not needed. I do have a small dog and a bunny. The bunny stays in a pen in the living room and gets to free roam in the shared space when he's supervised. There is no AC in the apartment but there is an in unit washer and dryer. No smokers.
