Looking for a roommate for the large primary/main bedroom with large bathroom and sitting area that could be an office and X-Large walk in closet! Exclusive use of downstairs living room area w/TV , upstairs formal living room with TV and dining room. I will be working upstairs during day in family room/upstairs office but on hot days will work in my office downstairs. I am a year old HR professional, go to bed around pm. I enjoy wine tasing, going to new restaurants. I am a dog mom to Bronx - a 5 year old poodle:). He is well behaved and likes other dogs. No cats allowed sorry as I am allergic. Looking for a quiet, respectful professional to share my home on a month to month basis. I may be renting out the entire house or selling house in the fall. I have an unfurnished room for rent at the Frazier park apartments in NE Portland. The space is more like a town home as it is two levels with the two bedrooms and full bath on the top floor and the kitchen, living room, and half path down on the bottom level. The location is ideal for getting any where with the freeway ramps and public transit so close by. The back deck and outside of the apartment is loud, the space is backed up to the tracks and the freeway. On the inside it’s not very loud except for when the train comes by. As for what I am looking for I am fine with all walks of life and people and I myself and never home. I in fact really just come by to pick up packages or just pop in when I am in the area. So the space will really be yours.
