Beautiful fully furnished home in mountain park, amazing views of mt hood and recently landscaped outdoor space with a ton of deck space. Home approx sq ft. Looking for a roommate for the large primary/main bedroom with large bathroom and sitting area that could be an office and X-Large walk in closet! Exclusive use of downstairs living room area w/TV , upstairs formal living room with TV and dining room. I will be working upstairs during day in family room/upstairs office but on hot days will work in my office downstairs. I am a year old HR professional, go to bed around pm. I enjoy wine tasing, going to new restaurants. I am a dog mom to Bronx - a 5 year old poodle:). He is well behaved and likes other dogs. No cats allowed sorry as I am allergic. Looking for a quiet, respectful professional to share my home on a month to month basis. I may be renting out the entire house or selling house in the fall. Or, I may continue to live in house depending on my work situation. Rent is of gas and PGE. There is access to mt park recreation center and new LO rec center as house is in lake oswego.
