I'm renting a house on Division Street and I need three roommates to help me fill it!

I have a bedroom available in SE Portland that will open up on September 1st.Duplex style split home. Two bedroom with one full bath, small dining area, living room, kitchen, outside deck, two car driveway. The house has central air and we have an in unit washer and dryer.The larger of the two bedrooms is available to rent. It has a decent sized closet, with a hanger rod and shelves in it. The windows are fairly large in that bedroom and get decent light.We also get really good light in the living room and kitchen area.One full bath and there is lots of storage space in there as well, and in the basement for extra storage if needed.The house is very well insulated. In the summer if we keep the blinds closed all day the temperature does not rise too much and we only really use the AC when it is high ’s and nineties. Same with heating the house in the winter, we do not raise the heat too much so as long as all the windows stay closed it stays toasty easily throughout the day and night.Area:Walking distance to Trader Joe’s, keeper coffee, Walgreens, and Gladstone pub (my personal favorite, long live The Stone).There are two main bus lines on the street one going north to south and one going toward Downtown and back.There are biking trails near by and we aren’t far from Reed College and the Portland Rhododendron garden and Johnson creek.

You could vape or use edibles (non-scented stuff) if you keep them in your room. Drinking is fine, but please keep it in your room or hide it on a shelf in the fridge. I am sober, and this is a necessity for me to feel comfortable. NO hard drugs. 2) You and I would share a wall so I would appreciate quiet hours at pm, meaning no talking on the phone or listening to /loud/ videos or music past that (in your room). Making phone calls,etc. in the common space after is fine as long as it’s reasonable. 3) NO ANIMALS! The landlord made an exception for my cats, but no other pets are allowed (although you could get away with a reptile or something).The rent is $. We split the WiFi and the PGE bill, which will usually range from $. All other utilities (heat/water/gas/trash) are included in the rent!About the house:Your room is the smallest of the three, but there is a fairly big closet, a shelf, and space for a full mattress and a desk. There is also storage space (under the stairs and a shed in the backyard). There is a dishwasher, a water dispenser on the fridge, in-unit laundry, a backyard, a full bathroom, and a half-bath. It’s right next to the bus line, close to a grocery outlet, and close to nd.
