Lots of local parks and shops, plus only minutes from Vancouver and downtown Portland. Three bedrooms and a shared bathroom are available for rent upstairs, with two additional bedrooms and a shared bathroom downstairs. Each bedroom can come furnished with a bedframe/mattress, nightstand, dresser, trash bin, laundry hamper, some hangers in the closet, a personal safe, and a Roku TV. These items can be removed upon request prior to move-in. Each room comes with its own key, but the current tenant will keep a copy for emergencies only. There is a shared kitchen, dining room, a living room with a fireplace, and an additional commons area in the garage. There is a front porch with shared seating, along with a shared gazebo and seating in the backyard.
